Quest Allergen Disclaimer
Due to the handcrafted nature of our menu items, our kitchens which share cooking and preparation areas, and our reliance on suppliers for accurate information, we cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contact or guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. There is a possibility that suppliers of the commercial foods we use can change the formulation or substitute ingredients at any time, without notice. To that end, we make every attempt to identify ingredients and menu items that contain the 8 major allergens (milk, eggs, soybeans, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts). The allergen information provided is up-to-date to the best of our knowledge and is based entirely on the information provided by our suppliers. We also make every effort to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies.
Marquette consults individually with customers whom have food allergies to minimize allergic reactions. Prior to consuming menu items, individuals with life-threatening food allergies should confirm the ingredient information on the actual label of the product. If a customer decides that the menu item is safe on any given day, that decision is entirely their responsibility. Marquette will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at Marquette. No allergen information should ever be considered a guarantee, but simply a best faith effort to serve our customers.
Customers with food allergies are encouraged to contact Food Service Director, Jason Rosegay at jrosegay@questfms.com, 847-582-7771 or Quest District Manager Rebecca Cohen, MPH, RD, LDN, rebecca.cohen@questfms.com, 630-376-4772 for additional information and/or support.

District 67
All District 67 students staying for lunch eat in the school lunchroom under supervision. Students may bring their lunch from home or purchase a lunch. The lunch program begins on the first full day of school and is in operation each full day school is in session. Menus are shared with parents in their school newsletters and posted online.
Elementary students may order the meal listed on their monthly school menu. Deer Path Middle School students can select either the meal listed on their monthly school menu, or the "a la carte" selections. The meal listed on the menu includes:
- Elementary Schools: Daily Special/Entree or Cold Sandwich or Grab-and-go Salad
- DPM: Daily Special/Entree or Cold Sandwich or Cheeseburger or Chicken Sandwich or Grab-and-go Salad
- All: Seasonal Fruit and Vegetable
- All: Milk or 8 oz. Water
Lake Forest School District 67 and Quest Food Services are pleased to provide our families a convenient, easy and secure online prepayment service to deposit money into your child’s school meal account (www.myschoolbucks.com). This service also provides parents the ability to view your child’s account balance, and print out a copy of your child’s eating history report. The history report will show you all dates and times that your child has purchased a lunch within the past thirty days. Here is a link to show how to add money, set up low balance alerts and add auto replenish.
Students in the elementary schools will make their lunch selection in homeroom each morning. At lunch, each student will locate their student ID in the cafeteria and the cashier will debit their account after service.
Deer Path Middle School students will swipe their student ID at the lunch line, the cashier will verify the student’s picture and the account will be debited. We are encouraging all middle school students to be responsible with their IDs, but if one is forgotten or lost, ID numbers and names can be searched on the computerized Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure the student has lunch for that day. Replacement IDs can be issued in the middle school office – the first replacement is free but subsequent ones will cost $5 each.
The District's "charge" system will be implemented when your student's account is overdrawn at Deer Path. If your student’s account is overdrawn, they will not be allowed to purchase a la carte items such as beverages, chips and snacks. We will allow students to purchase a meal regardless of balance (this is for elementary and middle school). We suggest you set up auto payments and/or low balance alerts so your account does not go negative.
Menus may be viewed using the FD MealPlanner website or app.

District 115
Welcome to Scouts Café and The Grind.
The Scout Café is the main area to get a variety of wholesome scratch-made food items. It is open at 7:00am to 9:00am for breakfast and opens back up at 10:30am until 1:00pm for lunch. You can see the monthly menu posted for food service on the Lake Forest High School website. The Grind is a full-service coffee shop that also serves food. The Grind opens at 7:30am until 12:35pm.
Students will need to use their school ID to make any purchases. If a student forgets their ID, they must go to the Technology Help Desk (located in the basement) to get a new one. Replacement IDs cost $10. If a student has not yet received their student ID, they will be able to pick it up on their first day of school.
Parents/guardians, please go to www.myschoolbucks.com to add funds to your student’s meal account so they can purchase items in our two locations. You can also send a check or cash with your student and we can add it to their account at the register. There is also a help video link for first time users: www.myschoolbucks.com/ver2/help/gethelpvideos. We will accept cash and have the ability to enter the students' ID number (in an emergency), but this will be at one register only. Students need to have their ID.
Parents will also be able to view the monthly menu at www.fdmealplanner.com. Menus may change, based on the availability of items.
